On Sunday, July 26, the sanctuary at Calvary Baptist was shut down for renovations. And so, rather than moving our Sunday morning activities into the Fellowship Hall, we decided to head to Mount Airy's Westwood Park for worship and a picnic. Our pastor, Praise Band, and AV Team handled the morning service, while the Deacons and Fellowship Team took care of the food. And even though a brief shower threatened to derail the event, the skies cleared, and a great time was had by all!
